    Are you a Director or Senior Manager with the responsibility for growing your business?

    If your business employs 5 and 249 people and is based in London, you could be eligible to receive funded training to help your take your business to the next level.

    Whether you need more support with strategic business development, winning successful bids, staff motivation and empowerment or a greater understanding of financial planning, Government funding has recently been made available for you.

    You can choose the trainer or the coach. Alternatively, a Specialist Adviser can help source the appropriate training for you in order to take you and your business to the next level.

    London Leadership & Management Funding

    The London Leadership and Management Specialist Advice Service is aimed at supporting eligible leaders and senior managers to enhance their business-building and leadership skills with the aim of fostering greater business growth.

    Who is it for? (Individual eligibility)

    • Owner-Managers
    • Chief Executives
    • Key Senior Directors/Managers

    Who is it for? (Company eligibility)

  • The company must employ between 5 – 249 people
  • The company must not have accessed Leadership and Management funding in the past
  • The company must be publicly funded

    • How much is available?

    There is funding available up to £1,000 per company (inc. VAT).

    • £500 (inc. VAT) fully-funded for the first senior manager (Owner, CEO or Key Director)
    • £500 (inc. VAT) additional funding at 50% for either the first senior manager and/or additional members of the senior management team

    What kind of training can be funded?

    Any training identified in a Personal Development Plan including:

    • Formal Training
    • Informal Training
    • Coaching
    • Mentoring

    How does it work?

    • A Specialist Adviser will visit you to complete a Personal Development Plan with you
    • Your Specialist Adviser will help you source the appropriate training solution for you (if required)
    • You will be sent an agreement letter confirming the course and funding. Your training must start within 90 days of the date on your Personal Development Plan
    • You book your training and pay your chosen training provider in full
    • You send in your invoice with proof of payment, requesting a reimbursement of your costs up to a maximum of £1000 (inc. VAT).
